PPC teams managing multiple ad accounts spend most of their time on watch-and-react work — checking spend pacing, catching underperforming campaigns, adjusting bids — none of which requires a human but all of which demands constant attention.
02The Solution
We built an if-then rule engine on top of live ad platform APIs so routine decisions execute automatically: pause a campaign when CPA exceeds threshold, scale budget when ROAS holds, fire an alert before daily spend blows out. AI-generated recommendations surface the higher-order decisions that still need a human. Each account gets a health score so agencies can triage 30 accounts in the time it used to take to review five.
